We understand the need for variations

Designing & Building an individual home is not an exact
science. As construction progresses rooms can look and feel
different to the initial perception at design or maybe you
changed your mind on inclusions.

Don't worry, at Avantgarde we will not make you feel
uncomfortable if you change your mind. We encourage our clients
to view the progress and are happy to
make changes. We have developed our
in house systems to process requests
for variations quickly and efficiently,
but more importantly we want you to
be happy in your new home so
everyone at Avantgarde will work to
accommodate any changes you require.
